Attachments can only be unlocked for certain guns. So if its not unlocking for that gun, then it probably needs to be unlocked on a different gun first. nah man it's an attachment for the SA-B 50. I unlocked it with that gun and it still says it is locked. It's even on the progression tree for it.
The Minibak seems to be for those more hectic close-range objective matches where you can keep your high magazine spray wrapping up kills.
